Dear Staff of the official foreign website of Changchun,

It must be some misunderstanding here after reading your last message. I am only interested if you kindly could take a new single photograph - during your lunch break - of my sculpture, so I can use it for my personal website. I only need a single digital photo you can send via e-mail to me or by ordinary mail.

If you give me your phone number I am happy to call you and explain in detail.

I am also happy to pay a photographer who can take some new photographs of my artwork.

I think I deserve a photograph of my own work. I f you like to call me my phone number is:

+ 61 429 999 880 (Australia)

Very best regards

Ture Sjolander

Dear Leo, GREAT NEWS !

I am so pleased to hear from you after 7 year of my endless writings to your Council and others without any answers at all from the people in your organisation.

I hope my suggestion will be of help. Although I would be even more pleased to get a brand new photograph of my own designed work you have find on my websites. Those pictures I have is old and not presenting the work in full as I left Changchun in anger. Do my work still exist ?

Is the work on permanent display? There is so many questions I have about the final work and its whereabouts...?

If you can send me a new picture from today showing my work sculpture in its environement in the Sculpture Park in Changchun you will make me very happy.

Could you please answer me ASAP, please. I can after re-build my websites entirely with the new pictures and we can ones again looking forward to a renewal of " Friendship, Peace and Spring".

All my very best to all the staff at your office!

Sincerely Yours
Ture Sjolander

Dear Mr. Ture Sjolander,

It's a pleasure to receive letter from you and also thank you for your kindly suggestion for the organizing committee to set up a website for the sculpture events in Changchun. The advices are helpful to us. I can tell you a good news, the official foreign website of Changchun, www.ccfao.com.cn will be revised soon. In the new website, we will establish a special channel for the sculpture symposium which has been hosted in the city for eight successive years. We will put all the photos of the sculptures by foreign artists on the web, so you can know what is going on. Another good news for you, I found Mr. Xu Huaiwu, a director in the foreign affairs office and told him about your letter, he is very happy to know you have made a closed eye on the city of Changchun, and hope I could convey his greeting to you.

Please keep contact with me.
